1. Acceptance

By using Oiko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service provided as-is

Oiko is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from data loss. Use it at your own risk.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter (inventory items, meals, etc.)
  • You are responsible for managing your household — who you invite and what data is stored
  • You must not use Oiko for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users

4. No guarantee of availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Oiko at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruption.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used in an abusive or harmful manner. You may delete your own account at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oiko and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Oiko after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
