Tap “+ Add” on any empty slot for a given day and meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack), or use the + button to pick a date. Start typing and meals you've had before are suggested - tap one to add it with its ingredients.
The list view shows each day as a line with its meals - tap a meal to open its full card. Switch to cards with the grid icon in the bar at the top, which stays in view as you scroll.
Tap the dates in the top bar to pick a range - tap the first day, then the last, or use a shortcut like Sat – Sat. The arrows move to the next range. Free households see today and the next 7 days; Premium can plan further ahead and look back at past plans.
New meals start as Draft - they're penciled in but don't affect anything else. Switch a meal to Planned once you're actually going ahead with it, and its linked ingredients start counting against your inventory and shopping list.
Choose which meals to show (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and tap Hide empty to hide every slot with nothing planned in it, so you only see what's actually scheduled. On a phone both are in the meals dropdown in the top bar.
