How do I delete an item, task, meal, or record - and can I undo it?

Items

Archived, not deleted - it disappears from Inventory immediately but isn't destroyed. To bring it back, add a new item with the same name: Oiko will suggest the archived one, and picking it restores it with whatever count/state you set on the form. Shows up in Activity as "Archived".

Tasks

Archived (not deleted), but there's no automatic restore for the original task - it stays archived permanently. When creating a new task, though, archived tasks appear as suggested templates, so you can quickly recreate one with the same title, recurrence, and linked items. Deleting a task does not appear in Activity.

Meals

Permanently deleted - no archive, no undo, no restore, and any planned ingredients tied to it are removed too. Doesn't appear in Activity either.

Records

Archived (not deleted), but - unlike items - there's currently no restore or template option in the app; once archived, a record stays hidden with no way back through the UI. Deleting a record doesn't appear in Activity.
